Stephen had an eclectic business career in property and finance before becoming the Pastor of a Baptist Church in Shropshire and more recently Chair of Trustees & the Leadership Team of an Independent Evangelical Church in Devon.
He writes for various publications and websites, speaks at churches and conferences and has broadcast on local radio and television on faith, charitable and business leadership.
Stephen is also a Trustee of Houses of Light (formerly Neighbourhood Prayer Network).

Rosalyn was formerly a teacher, subsequently becoming a Counsellor. Having trained at CWR, she helped lead their Introduction to Biblical Care course for several years and was also a member of CWR’s Ladies Ministry Leadership Team. She has also initiated and led Ladies Groups in churches and speaks regularly at Women’s Groups and Conferences.
She has written several devotionals and the 5-star reviewed book, “The Beauty Within” .  

Both Stephen and Rosalyn are certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® practitioners  and have led introductory courses and worked with individuals seeking to understand their personality preferences and their future life options.
